The Grain Trade Australia (GTA) contracts provide the terms and conditions for trading grain within Australia. The GTA contracts cover all grains, oilseeds and pulses.
Anyone purchasing, selling, trading, broking or operating in the grain industry should read and understand the documents and information that can be found via the below links.

All cotton contracts are covered under Australian Cotton Shippers Association (ASCA) Best Practice Trading Rules/Guidelines and any disputes will be governed by the International Cotton Association (ICA) dispute resolution rules found within the Bylaws and Rules of ICA.
